INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM

The scheduler defaults to "Services"

**If you're looking to sign up for the Friday 12:30 Gentle Yoga livestream, toggle the "Classes" tab on or select it at the top of the page in the drop-down "book now" menu (instructions to sign up for a class are toward the bottom of this page)


To schedule a massage therapy session:
Select "book now" for the 1-hour massage therapy session for Elon Faculty & Staff

*Select your preferred time

*You'll need to create an account-
SELECT "SIGN UP NOW" at the bottom
(If you're already set up, sign into your account and skip the steps below)

*Enter your name, phone number and email address
-you'll be sent a verification code to your email address and be asked to enter it
-you'll then be sent a verification code to your cell phone and be asked to enter that

*Read, answer and sign the waiver

*Read, answer and sign the health intake form

*Payment- enter your card info. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Please ensure that you're able to keep the appointment you're scheduling. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.

(if you don't enter this AND hit apply, you will be charged full price-$80- for a one-hour session. Please contact Cari before completing the transaction if you don't see the $40 reduction in your service IMMEDIATELY AFTER HITTING APPLY).
Beginning 5/15/23, there will be a fee of 5% of the transaction amount if the discount code is not applied properly and you request the $40 be credited back to you. We can also just apply the $40 overpaid to your next session and save that 5% fee.
Elon offers this $40 benefit once/month for all faculty & staff members.

Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance of intent to cancel an appointment. Every attempt will be made to fill your vacated spot, at no charge to you. *Should you give less than 24 hours notice and your appointment slot goes unfilled, you will be charged the full amount of your service to cover the time that was allotted to you. If I'm able to reschedule your vacated spot, the money you paid for the session will be applied to your next appointment. There are no refunds in this instance.*If you are sick, Covid-19 protocols require cancellation and the cancellation fee WILL NOT be applied.


To sign up for the Friday 12:30 Gentle Yoga livestream

If you haven't already, toggle the "Classes" tab on or select it at the top of the page in the drop-down "book now" menu (if you're on a smart phone, the classes menu can be found at the top left of your screen)

Select the date you'd like to sign up for and click "sign up"

Number of attendees: 1 (each person should sign up individually so that we can provide an attendance list to Elon)

Number of sessions: if you'd like to sign up for several classes, enter the number of times you'd like to sign up for and then select NEXT

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SCREEN WILL SHOW THE CLASS AS "AT BUSINESS" BUT THIS IS A LIVESTREAM CLASS, AND THE LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL
