Tuesdays at 5:15 pm
Essential Oils are well known for their uplifting, healing, and calming effects. Using the principals of Ayurveda, cooling and light essential oils are gently diffused throughout the room, incorporating our sense of smell and enhancing our yoga practice in a total mind and body experience. This slow-flow yoga class utilizes cooling & restorative poses and ends in an optional mini-massage of the shoulders and neck, allowing for full relaxation and mind-body integration REGISTER
BARRE: schedule varies
Walking + Yoga
Monday and Friday 10-10:45 AM
We'll begin with a standing warmup and then walk (inside or outside). On our walk, we'll sprinkle in different exercises and yoga stretches and we'll end with stretching on the floor.
Thursdays 5:15 - 6 PM
A self-paced, yoga inspired HIIT class. Cardio, strength and stretch!
Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Wednesdays 645 - 730 PM
Gentle stretching, held for greater lengths of time, with guided meditation at the end.
Yoga Flow, Stretch, Restore
Saturdays 9:15 - 10 AM
A gentle flow yoga class for all levels, with a focus on the relaxation! A slow-moderate pace, ending with a restorative pose and generous final relaxation pose.
Private Yoga Training Sessions
I offer private yoga training sessions if you'd like to learn the basics of yoga one-on-one or learn more about the practice of yoga as a whole. A great way to ease into your practice as we will customize each session according to what your goals are!
One session $60 2-6 sessions $55 each 10 or more sessions $50 each
Pre-register for each class you’d like to attend to reserve your space. If there are no students registered 2 business hours prior to a class, the instructor may opt to cancel the class.**Sign up prior to class is required*
