Tuesdays at 5:15 pm
Essential Oils are well known for their uplifting, healing, and calming effects. Using the principals of Ayurveda, cooling and light essential oils are gently diffused throughout the room, incorporating our sense of smell and enhancing our yoga practice in a total mind and body experience. This slow-flow yoga class utilizes cooling & restorative poses and ends in an optional mini-massage of the shoulders and neck, allowing for full relaxation and mind-body integration REGISTER

Beginners Yoga Classes
Tuesdays - Fridays 9:30 - 10:15 AM
We'll explore yoga poses and exercises that stretch the body and relax the mind. Ideal for those wishing to increase flexibility, new yoga students or experienced yogis looking for a slow paced practice.
Yoga Stretch, Flow & Restore
Thursdays 5:15 - 6:15 PM
Beginning with a gently warming sequence of seated, progressing to standing stretches we'll settle into gentle yoga poses to stretch and strengthen. After more stretching, we'll settle into a restorative pose or two and end with a generous final relaxation pose.
Mondays 6:15 - 7:15 PM
We'll begin with a gentle warmup/standing stretch/flow and then practice a series of long-held, floor poses that work the entire body. This combination allows a deep stretch, releasing fascia, improving joint mobility, and balancing the mind and body.
Yoga Core & Restore
select Saturdays 9:15 - 10 AM
A traditional flow yoga class for all levels, with a focus on the core! A slow-moderate pace, ending with a restorative pose and generous final relaxation pose.
Private Yoga Training Sessions
I offer private yoga training sessions if you'd like to learn the basics of yoga one-on-one or learn more about the practice of yoga as a whole. A great way to ease into your practice as we will customize each session according to what your goals are!
One session $60 2-6 sessions $55 each 10 or more sessions $50 each
Pre-register for each class you’d like to attend to reserve your space. If there are no students registered 2 business hours prior to a class, the instructor may opt to cancel the class.**Sign up prior to class is required*
