Use this class as a springboard into practices that can help achieve, maintain and improve your ability to care for others. We'll combine movement practices (yoga) with breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation in this class for 4 continuing education hours in self-care. Design your own self-care plan with the stretches, breathing practices and meditations that resonate most with you. Leave feeling refreshed, focused and ready to take on the world! CLASS DATES: Monday 6/23/26 ~ 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Friday 9/26/26 ~ 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Friday 10/30/26 - 8:30 - 12:30 (as part of the Aligned Practice Day Retreat $250= 12 CE) WHAT TO BRING *Yoga mat- This class can be done seated in a chair, or on the floor. If you've got a yoga mat you have the option of bringing it.
