Use this class as a springboard into practices that can help achieve, maintain and improve your ability to care for others. We'll combine movement practices (yoga) with breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation in this class for 4 continuing education hours in self-care. Design your own self-care plan with the stretches, breathing practices and meditations that resonate most with you.
