Yoga & Meditation
-For Elon University faculty, staff & retirees
Take a midday break for the body and mind! We’ll begin with breathing & centering exercises, followed by a gentle, all levels yoga flow & stretch. We'll relax with a lengthy savasana and end with a meditation. These exercises improve well-being, and practiced over time, lay the groundwork for bringing mindfulness off the mat and into your personal and professional life.

We ask that you let us know you're planning on coming for the following reasons:
* the location of the class may change or be cancelled; we'll let registered students
know if that happens
* mindful use of resources: if you're committed to attending, I am! If there are no students registered (or low census), we'll cancel the class and reserve financial resources for other/additional programming!
* class planning: I like to know who is coming to class, what their experience, goals and health history are so that I can best meet your needs.
