Yoga Nidra—also called yogic sleep—is a guided meditation and relaxation practice that is intended to induce complete relaxation...physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You'll settle in to a comfortable nest of blankets and bolsters that support your body in the most comfortable position so you can relax and let go as you're led through this deeply relaxing meditation.
We ask that you let us know you're planning on coming for the following reasons:
* the location of the class may change or be cancelled; we'll let registered students
know if that happens
* mindful use of resources: if you're committed to attending, I am! If there are no students registered (or low census), we'll cancel the class and reserve financial resources for other/additional programming!
* class planning: I like to know who is coming to class, what their experience, goals and health history are so that I can best meet your needs.
